What product is good for dry and damaged hair?

I basically have the worst conditioned hair in the whole entire world, its all dry, but only at the ends, and was wondering if anyone knew of any products or tips that will help get my hair nice and sleek. Thanks.

avoid heated tools as much as possible. always use heat protector when you do use heat. keep your ends trimmed. Products you buy in a salon are going to be the best ones for your hair. Prenatal vitamins are awesome for your hair! lots and lots of water!!!
