Dont know admn password to get into a laptop
My neice bought a dell computer from a friend,.they needed the money because they was moving out of state,well she didnt tell me I had to type in a admn password,and I cannot get a hold of her,so when the computer comes on I cant get anyfurther,its asking for admn password.please tell me what she can do
go into the bios setup and disable the password protection!! should work, if not you will have to wipe the whole thing and do a fresh install.. I understand I have been through the same thing…
