Why is my dog so interested in these kittens?

lol..maybe he s one of those dogs thats suppose to be born as kittens themselves

well for starters.. Dress him up as a cat n feed him mice.. N maybe..watch together some of the Pu$ycat dolls videos.lol

Your dog might be lonely and just wants to play. Watch him when he is with them, if he tries to harm them, then teach him not to by shouting stop and such. If he’s friendly with them, then it’s okay for him to be in their company. Just make sure you watch him a few times without him seeing you. My neighbors dog was friendly with my cat when I was around, but once I left her in his company alone and he ate it. So just watch out. Otherwise, if you don’t want him around these kittens, play with him so he doesn’t feel lonely or get him a friend :)

They are infants…animals have a natural desire to nurture infants. My dog is obsessed with our litters of kittens, and my big female St Bernard mix actually produced milk to nurse some of them. It was pretty funny watching my dog nurse my cats.

Cats and Dogs can actually be he bestest friends ever. I do not know how your dog is with the kittens. But He is interested im sure because they are fairly new, maybe he has never seen a kitten, because they make odd sounds, Because he has a protective quality and feels like the gaurdian. My dog and cat are the best of friends, they wander around whining if they cant find one another…very cute.

my dog like stares at the kittens for hours, and she tries to get in the basket with the kittens and i have to stop her, i have a crocker spaniel and she is pretty big, lol she wants to bath them and all that stuff lol she tries to lick them but i stop her.
