Okay this guy says that I am pretty cool so do you think he likes me or not or only as a friend??

All I can say is DO NOT CHANGE, if he says he thinks your cool, then just act like you normally would, it means that he likes your attitude/personality. If you like him and you want him to like you back, just use signals and be patient.
