Does Neutrogena work?

I don’t have so many pimples. But I have some bumps on my face I wanna get rid off as soon as possible. Please help.

if your skin was dry, use Cetaphil to make it smooth and clean, if ure face was oily use, celeteque wash…

hmm well I dont know, luckily I have never had much of a problem with spots or pimples w.e you call them , but seriously whenever I did get one I used soap and water and downed a pint of water. give it a day and my spot would be gone… but what worked for my mum because she got acne in later life instead of as a teen is clean and clear acne gel so yeah, but in future you could just try drinking 4 pints at least of water a day, im doing that you may break out in spots at first but thats part of the detox it gets better afterwards
