Does it mean something?

My guy friend always calls me a “Dumb BTCH” He doesnt really mean it but everytime we talk he’;; be like “you dumb btch” Why does he call me that if he doesnt really mean it

if he does it in front of people, he is showing off. Or he just likes knowing you are his, which may mean he has a controlling problem.

if he doesnt sound mean when he is saying it then just rub it off, my friends call me things all the time and I say things back its just funny. a lot of people do it in a playful way with their friends because they are so close they can say anything to each other. My gfs friends call her a cow and stuff. I mean I told him if he called her that again hed be picking his teeth up with a vaccum cleaner but still there we go.

Does he sound like he is being mean when he says it?

He could just be acting playful towards you (I do that with my friends all the time).

Try saying something “mean” back, but in a playful tone.
