Does he like me or was he just joking around?

So a while ago I saw this guy that is one year older than me with one of his friends who is 2 years older than me. He made a perverted comment about my boobs but I just forgot about it. But a couple weeks later I saw him again with a few of his other friends. I was sitting with one of my friends and they sat a table down from us. He started to talk about me and then he came up to me and sat next to me. He had his cellphone and put on the song lollipop when he sat down. Then he just started talking to me and I was like “Go away!”. So he sat back down with his friends again. A few minutes later he sat back down next to me. His friends yelled over to him “Why did your di*k stick out?” and he was like “why do you think?” and pointed to me. Then he just started saying all this stuff like “Will you lick me like a lollipop?” and “Do you want to 69 with me?” I started yelling at him to go away and telling him that I wasn’t like that. Then I just left the place with my friend and he started to try to get me to come back. So does he like me or was he just trying to be funny?
