Does glow in the dark lipstick really work?

I saw this halloween accessory kit that comes with glow in the dark lipstick and nail polish. Has anyone ever used it? And know if it works or not?

I’m not sure about the lipstick but the glow-in-the-dark nail poilish really works. Apply about 3 coats and put them in the light a lot so at adrk, they glow a lot.
