I like it. Usually during a moment where we feel very connected. My boyfriend always does it when he thinks I just fell asleep. Most of the time I’m still awake to feel it. Sometimes I acknowledge it and other times I just let him think I’m still asleep. I absolutely love it though. When he does it when he thinks I’m asleep, it shows me that he loves me and likes to show it even when I ‘’don’t know’’ he’s doing it.
Im not sure about the forehead but I like to be kissed on the neck. Scratch that I love to be kissed on the neck. It has some consequences for me and the guy. Oh and when? . . . Anytime!
