Only use tampons when you are on your period, never use them if you not. You can wet your vagina opening with water, salivia, or Ky lube to help insert the tampon. It’s really easy to put one in.

No, you shouldn’t feel stupid. Not at all. You are probably just not ready for a relationship like that and also there is no rule on whether you should or shouldn’t use tampons, some woman do, some don’t. If you don’t feel comfortable then don’t use it.

Most of the time - no. The only ways you would bleed is if his nails were not trimmed and he tore you slightly or if your hymen was still intact and he broke it. Your hymen is your “cherry” most girls aren’t even born with one - so you probley wouldn’t even experience bleeding at all.

Lubricated: You can be lubricated several ways. He can wet his fingers with saliva, you can use lube (they sell it in stores), or your body produces lubrication (when you get wet), whenever you are aroused.

As for the tampons - they go in your vagina. The tampons are made of 3 parts. You take the tampon out of the wrapper, you can strade the toilet, or squat down which ever is more comfortbale, you put your index finger on the end of the tampon and insert the top of the tampon into your vagina as far as you can comfortably or until your fingers hit your vagina, then you press on the applicator and it enters the tampon into your vagina.

im the exact same rozzy im 15 and havnt been fingered…I think 16 will be ok for me though any further I will get worried then…ha and im as nervous as hell ! sometimes I think im so nervous because I feel like im not normal down below ?
