Friends who won’t help charity, who are they, is it even any of their business what you do with your money???

Come on, are they the sort of people you want to hang out with???

Lots of millionares give to charitie, host charity benefits where the proceeds of the door go to that specific charity. And my personal opinion is that your friends are wrong, money does not make you good. you can have all the money in the world and still not be a good person. Giving from the heart and helping others who are down on their luck due to being ill/injured and not being able to work or whatever…that is what helps to make you a good person. Do what you do from the heart and it won’t matter what your friends say. Like you said, you are wearing designer jeans and Jimmy Choo shoes, but what good is money if you can’t share it. So what you are saying is your friends are going to abandon you for doing charity work. Is that right? Does the charity work affect them in any way? Is it going to interfere with your friendship? Why dont they want you doing this work? Why are your friends threatend by it? Do you want to do this work? What is doing this work worth to you? What are you going to get out of it? Do you feel your values match up with your friends values?
