Can I learn for free in Germany?

I learned in Israel in 10th grade, but my family is short of money and i want to go learn in Europe for free but better in Germany, like college. My question so what my chances to do that , where do I need to apply?

I live in America, so I’m not familiar with German universities. You should be able to go to a website such as this:

http://www.mit.edu:8001/people/cdemello/de.html

that has a listing of the universities in Germany…research by specialty or location, narrow down to half a dozen or so universities, and then begin emailing and calling them- ask for the financial aid office and inquire about scholarships.
