Dizziness and Period

Ok its day four of my period and from the 2nd day I’ve felt absolutly terrible. I had plans to go bowling on Friday (my 2nd day) and I almost cancelled. I was sooo tired that I passed out in my friends car for an hour. I also had really bad cramps that nothing helped. Also the next day (yesterday) 2 friends were supose to come over to watch movies and I cancelled cause I couldn’t walk without getting vertigo. I’m almost constinitly dizzy and feel like I’m going to pass out. I’ve tried everything from long hot baths, heating pad on my abdomin, Tylonal, Advil with ibprophin in it, and pills to prevent motion sickness and more. Nothing is really helping and I can’t seem to get much sleep or not good quality. Should I been concerned? see a doctor? Any sejestions to help me? Thanks

if this behavior is abnormal for you during menstruation and it continues , yes I suggest you see a doctor. Or it could just be that your body is lacking the nutrients in needs , lack of iron and protein also has this affect . my doctor said that to help the dizziness to mix a bit of sugar in some water and drink it but thats for iron . you should run some blood tests just in case better safe then sorry :)
