Disminorea!!! I am so in pain now... ='(

how do I make my self feeling better if if suffering from disminorea? soo painful, I can hardly sleep…:’(

If your only having the pain associated w/ dysmenorrhea then try 600 mg of Motrin(ibuprofen). It helps better than Tylenol. If you are having heavy flow along w/ the pain then any type of NSAID will contribute to make the bleeding worse. If that’s the case then you have no choice but to use Tylenol. Either Tyleno or Motrin, if you have any kind of liver problem you should discuss w/ your Dr before you take either one. Have you tried using a heating pad? Sometime that helps. BUT…don’t place it directly on your skin as this can cause burns. Just lay it over top of what your wearing or wrap the heating pad in a blanket and use it that way. you can try a hot shower or bath as well. As much as the idea of it makes you crazy when you are having the pain, exercise actually does help w/ dysmenorrhea. Walking, inside or out—I use to walk the steps in our house , up and for a few minutes and it did help. Hope this helps, feel better,, [•=

I can’t actually walk or can barely even move.. I’m just in my bed… :’(
