Why is my period so light and short?

My period is only lasting 1-2 days..really just spotting.What could that possibly mean

if if lasts under 2 days, then it’s not a period. is it red? do you still need to use a pad or tampon? if not then it is spotting. like STEPH said there’s lots of reason your peridos can mess up. see your dr if you’re worried.

Periods can mess up a lot like that if your going through changes, like stress. There could be so many things that explain that, so ask your doctor.
