People who are deemed “different”, or “odd” also are bullied and beaten here in the US as well. Although I’m not sure it is still happening as much as before–“emo” and “scene” kids have been persecuted here. Just because they dress different. I personally think individuality and not being afraid to express that–whether it be in the way you act or the way you dress is far more exciting and gutsy than just following the crowd and being and looking like everyone else. Its a shame others can’t just mind their own business and leave everyone else alone. I personally like a lot of the “scene” wardrobe. The bright colors, the patterns, and I LOVE skinny jeans—which aren’t just for “scene” or “emo” style. Go to LA and see what I’m saying! (•:

This country is going to hell, anyone who thinks for themselves and is just a little bit different gets labelled as some kind of weirdo. Every time I go out I just see a bunch of clones. However I’m not sure it’s better anywhere else
