Eat smaller portions of healty, natural foods, like lean meats, skinless chicken, turkey breast, loin type meats, fish, fruits, veggies, seeds and nuts, CUT OUT, sugar, salt and processed foods—

Exercise on a regular basis 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week and you will lose body fat!   Other then that,  the stuff you see on magazines, TV and at the stores can't do any better then you can do on your own,   for free!
