Detachment problems

I have major detachment problems. This is why… My sister when to south carolina with her boyfriend..she ended up dying up there. and now when I go to a friends house I get sad and think my moms going to gie and my stepdad. I dont even like my mom driving by her self. I use to like never go with my mom to the store but I ALWAYS go now,So ill be there with her. I NEED help.

Hmm I remember learning about this phobia. I’m not entirely sure what to tell you, except maybe you need to talk to a therapist about it?
