Deleting Songs From a Sansae260

I own a 4.0GB Sansae260 Mp3 player. I was unsure of how to delete songs so I looked it up and followed the instructions and I got to the right place. See, on my Mp3 player, when it comes to any song off of Taylor Swift’s CD it says “Bad Track,” they used to work, but then they just stopped. And now, when I follow the instructions it says that the songs cannot be deleted because the device is disconnected, but it is connected. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or maybe even how to delete all songs, because a couple folders are doing it now. Thanks.

Hi,

I think the best bet is to reset the whole thing…

Step1: Open “My computer”. Step2: Plug your mp3 in. Step3:Right click on your mp3 hard drive on your computer Step4:Click on “format…” Step5: a screen will pop up and say “Quick format” Then click quick format then hit the start button. Then it will say stuff about completly reseting and and warning you.

Then it should be reset…
