Am deciding to become a model?

am muslim and i live with my mum she is really strict and hates the idea of me wanting to become a model i have always wanted to become one whenever i say that i want to become a model my family just laugh and say that i cant become one am scared if i do decide to become one they will go against me and just not talk to me .

am currently doing my GCSEs and planning to go to college to do a college cause am 15 going onto 16 and i would love to become a model i dont know where to start from am kinda looking at doing some modeling when am abit older like 18 when my summer holiday comes

is there any models who are muslim how did you become a model ? and where did you start from ?

I’m sorry you’re family doesn’t support your decision but honestly, if they don’t support your dreams, leave them behind. Don’t let anybody hold you back from what you want because in the end you should be looking out for your own best interest.

As for modeling itself, join a modeling website. I have friends that are apart of websites for modeling and basically, you have an online portfolio and people looking for models will get in touch with you if you’re interested. Just get involved in the modeling/fashion industry and work your way up.
