How do I get a decent drum set?

My friends and I are starting a band but I don’t have a set even though I can play. There’s so much stuff on the Internet that my poor non-techno mind can’t handle it…

Never buy an instrument off the internet. All instruments are different even if you sit 2 next to each other that are same brand same model and look exactly the same, they will sound different. When buying an instrument always buy something you can test first. Go to a music shop, figure out what your budget is and ask to be shown the drum kits they have in your budget area. They will be able to give you advice too on anything else you need to know. You could also always consider renting a kit if you can’t fully afford a new one, or you don’t want to commit to buying a new one.

I have one of my own. Alot of people post items on craigslist.com . My family uses this site alot and weve qot stuff from a rabbit to military stuff theres tons of stuff on there. GOOD LUCK
