What do I do about the dead skin on the inside of my mouth?

I have a terrible habit; when I read, I tend to lightly chew on the sides of my mouth or lip. This has caused them to build up with dead skin. It’s not noticable, but I myself can feel it–and I hate it! I hardly know what I’m doing until it’s too late.

Wait until it’s healed a little bit, then take a dry paper towel and wipe the insides of your cheeks. you’ll have to keep wiping and rinsing with water. i had to help 2 year old out after he bit his cheek, it’s not pretty…

also, perhaps you should try to refrain from doing that… nasty habit.
