Dead end cause

OK. I’m very depressed and have been on anti depressants but lately I have had really bad mood swings. like one minuet I’m happy the next I want to cry. But mostly I’ve been wanting to choke the life out of people.(not literaly) Any advice on what could make it a little better???

well are the anti depressants prescribed because if not this cud be a side effect. ask your doctor. because either you r bipolar or its jsut a abd side effect
