If a baby’s leg pops out at 11:59pm but his head doesn’t come out until 12:01, which day was he born on?

Tha babys leg wont come out first. The head will.. and the baby isnt born untill the entire body comes out. So thats what would be recorded lol.

But isnt that bad if the leg comes out first? I’ve heard of Breech Birth, but I thought if that happens, then they do a c-section.

My sister’s legs came out first…

There is such a thing as a “breech birth”, so you can’t say it “won’t” happen…it’s just not as likely.

The baby isn’t “born” until the entire body comes out.

My daughter’s head came out at 12:00, but the rest of her didn’t come out until 12:01, and that’s what is written on the birth certificate.
