Use like a small sized curling iron. I hate using them because the curls don’t hold for too long, but with hairspray, it should be fine.

You could try to scrunching it, it would look cute with short hair.

how short? mines short, i little above the shoulder but im still able to curl with a curling iron:)

yeah a curling iron should also work just fine, just a tip dont curl and right away hairspray each piece, curl all your hair then hairspray..it will come out looking nicer:)
