Culture question!!!
I love many asian cultures and one of those cultures is the Indian culture. The colours, the food, the people and how pretty they are, and the clothes, saris/sarees I love the best. I supposidly (however you spell it lol) have indian as well as british (our last name and history) on moms side and I have no clue what my dad was (he didnt want to have nothing to do with us, he died when we were 3). I have always wanted to wear the sari out in public but would their people be upset that me, being somewhat african american (even tho I’m not from africa) for wanting to embrace their culture, so to speak? I’ve had indian and middle eastern friends and I adore them!
Wear what you want, saris are apparently all the rage now (even oprah was seen in one) so like whatever…
