Is it bad that my eyes cross a lot?

Like I’ll be reading a chapter book or some article on the computer, anything with a lot of words & I go cross eyed. Most of my classes they sat me in the back & I already have TERRIBLE vision, so I try to focus my eyes on the board & I end up cross eyed. I zone out & stare at nothing & I end up going cross eyed, & sometimes it just happens out of no where. It gives me a headache sometimes lol

Since it causes you headache sometime, then I would say it is bad. Maybe you can take a kind of therapy of doing brain gym to optimize your focus.

Have you been tested for strabismus or convergence insufficiency? Doctors may be able to help with surgery, vision therapy to improve teaming (eyes working together), or adding prism to your spectacle prescription.

Maybe u shud c an optomologist, ur eyes shudnt cross like that
