What do I do with couscous and chicken stock?

(how much of each do i need and how do i cook them?)

Couscous cook quickly compared to rice, barley, millet, quinoa, etc.

Bring 1-1/4 cups of water or chicken stock to boil. Mix in 1 cup couscous then turn off heat and cover. They are ready in 5 minutes or when all the liquid is absorbed.
