Could I lose weight this way?
ok was just wondering if I could lose weight this way? if I eat a piece of fruit three times a day for meals and then to help craving like a piece of something sweet once every few days as well, then go for a little jog in the morn and afternoon and also do about 30 push ups and 100 sit ups a day? I think it would work but not to sure? xxx
That should work! I would prob. eat 4 of 5 times of day because your eating less, so because of that you eat more often. example: if you eat 1_2_or_3times a day; our body feels like it doesn’t know when its next meal will be so it will store that food and the fat,so when you eat less more often your body is always getting something. And it wont feel it needs to store that food. Make since? someting sweet is ok just get something low calorie! very important even fruit research and make sure they are low calorie! Jo is great, but you can start slow and walk first then jogg, but thats up to you. Any cardio will do and the push-up/situps will tone you and should increase as they get easier and they will you don’t want your body to get used to it’s work up so you have to switch it up from time to time! Even if that means more reps or a longer walk/jog etc. in the first month if you stay to it 3-5 a week you should lose anywhere from 5-12 lbs. Hope that was helpful!
you would lose weight but not in a healthy way. I know of a good diet that worked for me. so fun mail me if you want me to give you some details.
ummm… I’m not completely sure, but it doesn’t hurt to try, riight? oh, and remember, “Diets don’t work, Weight watchers do!” LOL! I got that from outta nowhere! :)

you would lose some weight at first but you will end up being very malnourished… it could cause you to get sick, the second you get off this so called diet…your metabolism will freak out and store everything…adding weight…
I WOULDNT RECOMEND IT< IT DOESNT MATTER what YOU EAT IT MATTERS HOW MUCH YOU EAT. ITS BEEN PROVEN that IF YOU EAT ON A SMALL PLATE YOULL EAT LESS. && WERE SOMETHING TIGHT LIKE SOME JEANS TO PRESS THE BELLYY IN SO THAT when YOU EAT SO THAT YOU GET FULL SOON< AND TYO THE EXCERSICE (SORRY IF I MISSPELL) YOU CAN WORK OUT 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30 MIN. OR 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR 15 MIN. EACH DAY. I WOULD RECOMEND DRINKING APPLE VINEGAR IN THE MORNINGS AND NIGHTS IT MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT FAST!
no because ya body will store what your eatin but ya cud eat an apple in the mornin and then nothin else and ya will lose loads and then after a week of doin that stop eatin all together
