How would i convert 11.2g of CuSO4 into moles?

Answer #1

formula to be used—–

Mole= weight/molar mass(weight of substance Divided by molar mass)

given: weight-11.2 gm

      molar mass of CuSO4-159(approx)

therefore, moles of cuso4 is—11.2/159= 0.071(approx)

Answer #2

thank you, if i was trying to find the molarity of something, which is Molarity= mol of solute divided by volume of solvent and was given 11.2 grams i would convert that to moles then continue with the problem?

Answer #3

yes exactly.

Answer #4

It’s tricky but YouTube has videos on it.
