contacts eyes get all red what I should do?

everytime I try to put in my contact lenses, my eyes get all red, wattery, and irritated. does anyone know what I should do?

hmm… that isnt normal…

do you wash your hands do you wash the contacts do you wash the case the contacts came in do you make sure the contacts are the right way

try a new pair, make sure your hands are clean, dont touch your eye with your finger, just place the contact on the eye and then look around (left, right, up, down) till the contact sits

go check with the person who prescribed them… there may be something wrong…

go to your eye doctor because my friend had the exact same thing a few weeks ago and it turned out her contact lens was contaminated..

If you have glasses I would say put those on for a few days and give your eyes a break. Then after a few days try a NEW pair of contacts. That should help. If you use a dirty towel (that you used on your body) or don’t wash your hands well before you put them in, that can cause your eyes to act weird. Avoid playing/touching your eyes.
