iam age of 21. I have quite big boobs. can any one of you help me in reduce d sixe of it plsss

at your age you should know that you cant increase or decrease there size all you can do is loose weight your breats are made up entirely of fat so if you loose weight, they will decrease a bit howevere if your not overeweight, obese or morbidly obese then loosing weight would be unhealthy and your only other option is breast reduaction surgery also remember that no exerscise, food or pills/creams ect will make them any bigger or smaller

but are you male or female? if your male then the same applies to you, lloosing weight is the only thing that will work, or reduction surgery

you can either get them checked out and or have your mom to go get them reduced. or just wear smaller bras. lol
