do you know any way to boost confidence??

I goto a modeling school and in 1 week I have to do a fashion show and im really nervous I’ve done to other ones and I’ve had go sees before but im really scared because this ones at a mall my friends goto so yeah. do you know any way to boost confidence??

just try and think positive and keep your head held high bbe. yano you can do it! I do figure skating and I use to feel the same way, I had no confidence. but now I can do anything infront of everyone without being embarrassed because I believed. good luck!

If your friends will be there ask them to sit down and watch you practise before the big day… It should ease the tension for ya ;)

haha same situation as my girl… :D hmm, well, are you d happy-go-lucky type or carefree if you prefer? want practice to overcome that shyness or nervousness? try talking to people you nvr knew.. haha or you can do it like dis… before you walk down the catwalk, just imagine the people looking at you will be awed by your beauty and you shud b proud of that… haha :P hope that helps… lol
