How common is it to conceive the last day of your period?
The chances are very low since you dont ovulate until ten days after your menstrual cycle, its not impossible, the chances are just lower.
Unless another egg matures and is released, you wont. You can only conceive within a very short period of time after you ovulate (about 48 hours). However, this is no reason to take chances. You should always assume there is a chance of pregnancy because you do not know when ovulation will occur, even if you are menstruating. Some months you may release more than one egg, so unless you test yourself you will not know if you are ovulating.
