What comic book should be made into a movie that hasn't been (yet)?

I’m still waiting for a Legion of Superheroes movie. I grew up reading those along with the Superman comics; my dad has a whole collection. It would be futuristic, so that would give the director a chance to play out his own version of what the future would look like. There’s also a wide array of characters to pick and choose from. He could even include Superboy. Also, where’s the Green Lantern movie?

I’ve just started to read Neil Gaiman’s Sandman series, and a film series (considering how expansive it is) could be interesting if done right. I’m not a huge comic book reader, but the ones I really like, Watchmen, V for Vendetta and From Hell have spawned average to terrible movies. From Hell being a good example of a brilliant comic being made into a terrible film. The film versions of V and Watchmen were slightly better, but Watchmen suffered terribly from having to leave more intricate details out, having said that, they made a fair stab at it, and I didn’t dislike it.

I generally don’t think comics turn out to be good movies, cuz the two artforms of film and comics is too different. Maybe with the exeption of “Sin City”.

i would like to see WARLORD made into a movie, i loved that comic when i was a kid and it would make a pretty cool film.

How about a Reid Fleming, World’s Toughest Milkman movie.

Back in the day, my friend wanted to see a movie made of The Maxx… I think the storyline suits the hour and a half movie format better than other open ended comic serials.

i am pretty late on commenting but. i cant wait to see captain american and thor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the previous i have seen look amazing! but to realte to the comic part i dont know which one i would like to see made into a movie probally all of them. @Jeremy Dare Devil was the WORST movie EVER.
