What Color Highlights Do You Recomend? help??

should i or should i not get highlights? and what color would you recomend ecause i have had the same hair style haircolor for about 3 years and im getting tired of it, i have kind of dark brown eyes, i don’t really know what my skin color is in my mac studio fix i use an NC 42? and i think i have a beige olive skin tone? I’m not really sure i have long hair , cut in to a v shape with a face from kind of razor cut layers, with kind of side swept long bangs? i have kinda dark brown hair but not completely dark ? well here are two pictures :

and if you can, can you put a link of the hair color and shjould i just get the high lights or the highlights with a color base?

Well depending on your hair color, I would get red or blonde. Maybe a mixture. You could also get maybe a tan-ish color if you don’t want it to be a drastic change. If you decide to get red be careful because other colors wont cover it. Experience:) I wouldn’t do too many colors though if it’s your first time; you may wanna see if you like it first.
