who knows if college can reject her?

My cousin wants to go with me to college but we read on the college requirements that u must “have a high school diploma in CALIFORNIA , and shortest would be 3 yrs of high school..or GED..my cousin did this online studies its a program from GEORGIA and she finished it in 2 years ? would they reject her?

You’ll have to find out from the college. It would be best to phone them or to go to the college to personally speak to them. If they say in california then she might have trouble getting in.

Then there shouldn’t be a problem. I cannot think of what there reasons would be. But best would be for you to phone them and ask.
