From the best of my knowledge, and I’m no doctor, cocaine travels through the bloodstream–so unless you exchange blood with her, it won’t be transmitted. HOWEVER: cocaine users do have higher risk for legions in their mouths, especially if they smoke cocaine or crack. This can definitely transmit not only blood, but all the diseases that come with it: including HIV/AIDS.

No you can’t as far as i know but agree with above, a tfr of blood could be a possiblity. Very good advice above me. Coke users who sniff tend to get nose bleeds too.
