why cnt my sony ericson send text messages?? i can recevie messages but cant send,, why??
you on contract or pay as you go? would help with a bit more info
also try turning your phone off for 30 seconds then restart it could be a service update.
is your phone text enabled? if it isnt then you cant send texts
contract, and its been like that for a long time,,

well you probably need to pay off your contract bill.. or there is something wrong in the transaction call your service provider (Y)
