I say yes, if you keep the hair dark. Personally, I think your face is rather good for long or short hair, which rocks, but your more defined features (Lips, Nose, Mouth) require a dark color to accent them. You can make the color as light as hers and still look good, but if you keep it your darker color, it will look great.
