How challenging is the marketing field?

The field of marketing for some odd reason is in my blood ‘cause of how hard I try to get traffic on my Facebook page but I keep wondering, how challenging is marketing in the career side of life? What benefits could it bring to my life?

Well marketing and sales can be very challenging and competitive, but also rewarding. Most sales people I know seem to have it in their blood so to speak. I did sales once many years ago and liked it. Was good at it too. The only reason I changed careers was because I got tired of the “feast or famine” thing. I made good money on a “good month” but made nothing on a bad month. I wanted to be able to “count on” my salary so I could plan my “moves” better. If I get to retire from what I do now, I’ll want to stay busy and likely jump back into it somehow because it can be alot of fun. If you are interested in the field, I suggest giving it a try.
