How can I get my cell phone to turn on?
I have a motorola z6m. I was texting, hit the red “off” button (end call button) and the phone went completely off. When I try to turn it back on, it just goes to the “m” screen and won’t procede any further. The only thing I can do from there is take the battery out. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
sounds like a bad battery.. but to be sure take it to whoever your contract is with ex. sprint, att, verizon.. etc..
