Carrot Cake recipe?
Does anyone have an easy carrot cake recipe with cream cheese icing? It cant use more than one package of cream cheese and cannot use butter milk!
use oil instead of butter and 1/2cup evaprated milk with 1/2 cup of water
Well I do have a very VERY good carrot cake recipe but its not that easy just takes a lot longer. And this icing takes like 10 mins to make:
1 (8 oz.) Package Cream Cheese, Softened 1/4 cup Butter, Softened 1 cup Sifted Powdered Sugar 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
This is the recipe I made bake in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu. If you want to carrot cake recipe I have just let me know ;)
