I have pioneer head unit 200 watts and 4 boston 100 watt each speakers. The question is what is good amp and subwoofer for this type head unit watts? (This is so a won’t blow it up or over heat the head unit and amp)

Best sub for your buck would be the Quantum Cozmik Series 12. It is a well rounded sub in any enclosure and can handle more watts than you will need. 750 - 1000W RMS.

Amp prices may vary. To find the best deal, compare the RMS power rating. If it does not list it, it is likely not a quality amplifier.

IGNORE ALL MAX RATINGS, QUALITY COMPANIES ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO DO NOT INFLATE THIS NUMBER!!! How much power an amp can sustain for a nanosecond is not important.
