yes and no usually no because your anus isnt connected to your sex organs but if semen was to leak into your vagina which is possible because both holes are pretty close together, then yes but you should be usuing a condom anyway no only will it decrease the risks of you both getting an sti/std it will also protect him penis from getting feaces on it and it will protect the inside of your anus from getting small cuts which is likley especially if you go rough and arnt ready and those cuts can greatly increase the chance and spread of stds
