Can't watch movies on my itouch

Hi, I have an itouch 8gb and tried to watch a movie from it (I converted it to the right format before), When I synchronise the ipod it doesn’t seem to pick up the movie. I can see that is on the Movies folder and I can even play it from there on the pc, but for some reason it doesn’t go through to the Ipod ? When I go to the itouch Movies option it’s empty.

Any suggestions ?

Try looking for updates for the iPod touch. Sometimes if you do not have all of the current updates, functions do not work properly.
