Should I be tested for herpes?

good news! my mom said that since im getting over being sick [had a fever] I had dry lips I dont have herpes so its nothing to worry about!! (:

Let me just say now, you can’t tell just by looking at a person wether they have genital herpes or not. The only time you are at risk is when you have unprotected sex with someone, and don’t use a condom.

If you want to get tested, go to your local family planning clinic and get it tested.

if you cannot tell if you have a cold sore, you don’t have one. they hurt. a lot.

just go up to her and just say I want to go to the doctor .if your mom knows you have sex then it nothing to worry about but if she don’t just go up to her and just ask.
