Cleary it was a trick. Your parents dont want you to get a tattoo. Thats why they said only if Kat Von D would do it. The chance of you getting a tatoo by her is one in a million. She is a star now and has no time for children. Grow up and realise tattoos are forever. Not changeable. Your 13. Maybe think about it again in 20 years. But for now. Give your parents some props for such amazeing reverse physcology

no. and I really wonder WHO gave you that advice, because there wrong no you cant get a tattoo at 14, because its ILLEGAL legally you need to be 18 or 16 with parental consent in some countries to get a tattoo if in the rare chance that you do actually get to be tattooed by kat von d (the chance is rare) and if she were to give you a tattoo at 14 she can be sent to jail and her tattoo license will be taken away from her, because she did something illegal, and a profesional tattooist like herself knows better than to tattoo children because they often dont know what they want and dont understand that there tastes in everything can change as they grow up a lot of kids who get tatts later regret them

I would also advise that your parents STOP you from getting a tattoo at your age, because they should know better

Piercings and tattoo’s are two different ball games legally. And Kat Von D is VEEERY expensive. She’d charge you 200 to 300% more then what a tattoo is worth at LEAST because of her celebrity status. And good luck getting an appointment. She won’t do it. Just wait. Tattoos worth getting are worth waiting for.
