do not do it…first if you use the cream everyone else is exposed to it …do not you estrogen…I sued both very dangerous… go to gnc and get a bottle of evening primrose and some st johns wort eveing primrose will help with psot patem which I had and hot flashse…I took 5 a day to start st johns wort will help keep the weight off and mood swings to a min…get into the gym ymca is waiting as you will feel like you are just dieng inside at times…
