Dont eat a lot like a meal a day or maybe nothing at all… And exercise very often everyday and drink water. Can I lose weight??? How many do you think in 5 days???

if you want to lose weight dont go without food because it has been proven you gain weight by not eaghting.if you are wanting to lose weight then go on a diet and if you think you couldnt stick to it then you could ask your mum/dad/guardian to bribe you for eg.if you were to say I give up on this diet then they could just say something to you that will make you not want to give it all up.and if you do well maybe they will let you have a little bit of goodies every once in a while

no!! eat 4 to 6 SMALL meals a day. like for breakfeat just have a cereal bar. you know small stuff. that way your body would feel you always can ghave food, and once you do that you willl burn fat. BUT if you eat one meal like you said, your body would feal like you dont always have food aand it would start storing fat cells, there for you will weigh much more. but everything else you said was good. and make sure you drink 8 cups of water a day, and spread it out along with your meals. =]

You’re suppose to eat a small meal every 3 hours because it keeps your metabolism going, which burns fat.

No! Not eating will just cause you to gain weight because your body will start eating itself. Like are you trying to set yourself up for an eating disorder? Clearly you don’t know what you’re getting yourself into and don’t mind having a serious disease. Your body needs proper nutrients - if you are serious about losing weight you need to do it properly unless you want to die from an eating disorder. Eating healthy and staying active are the two main parts of losing weight, you cant expect results right away. Be patient and don’t be so hard on yourself.

don’t do that to yourself. but yes you will about probably 15 pounds, but then you would also be semi-anorexic. do you really want to put your body throught all that. I don’t think you would. just eat healthier and exercise often but not too much. and drink water.

did you know that suddenly just drop eating that dramatically you can actually gain weight? just eat healthier and excercise. diets don’t work and anorexia can kill u. I’ll pray for u!
